A vigilante emerges who is systematically eliminating the Heroin dealers in the area. Veteran Detectives Tijarina and Woodward privately applaud the vigilante’s actions but they know that no man can be judge, jury and executioner. In Los Angeles Heath was one of her favorite suppliers, until he moved away from the violence, to lead a peaceful family life in Eastern Washington. Death still finds her share of clients as the Heroin epidemic rages on--some from overdoses and some from the efforts of the vigilante. Follow Bob Heath, who can’t seem to escape the violence of his past and the frequent visits from the Grim Reaper, and the veteran detectives as they investigate the on-going vigilante murders.
