Great story line!

I was.expecting a shifter book but it was an earth-alien mate book. It had such a great story line and not just sex that could only love it! I can't wait for the next book in the series!

call and merit

interesting story with well developed characters. good story, I like that it's not just a mail order bride but there was the family drama and the monsters and other stuff going on. HEA and the five year time jump was a nice touch. narrators were good even with doing a British accent.

Bride on the Prairie

If you take out the sci-fi aspects, this could be an old Western story. The bad guys are critters, the female is looking for something better, and the male has old war stories that he doesn’t wanna share. It’s a sweet romance story. I read alien romances quite a bit and one thing that often irritates me is that there’s just a little bit of story and a whole lot of sex. Even a good thing can get to be too much. This is just the opposite with a lot of story and some good sex. I loved the narrators. I noticed another reviewer did not like them at all, so I guess that’s just a matter of preference.

not that good a book

It was a little inconsistent.
Good at some parts, but it needeod more sex scenes.
