A Gentle Guide to a Clean Home

Not knowing where to begin when tackling a mess can be so debilitating. I spend so much time strategizing, wondering how I will get everything perfectly clean and spotless before dinner time...with 5 kids in tow. It is freeing to realize that I don't have to get it all done in one day nor is that a realistic expectation. I can have a tidy home over several days with a plan to guide me along the way. I wish I had read this when I was a new mom but there is so much grace in Christ. Hitting the replay button. Loved it!

I think this is a good book to listen to to motivate you to get your house clean and give yourself grace as you clean it

Hard to get through

The narration is quite a beating. So robotic. Almost sounds like Siri and is very difficult to get through. I’m only on chapter one and it’s a daunting thought trying to make it to the end. Sounds like she’s reading to a class of preschoolers. Just talk Abbie. There’s no way you talk like that in your everyday life. Nice soothing voice though. Just remember you’re reading to adults. 👍🏻

Spoke to my soul

I’ve always felt I was alone in this battle. The reminders and encouragement this book brought was definitely led by the Holy Spirit. So grateful for this book and super practical.
