How do you find the "one"?

Head over Heels: A Yogi’s Guide to Dating is your roadmap through the storm. You don't have to be a yogi to discover how yoga philosophy - developed over thousands of years of dedicated practice - can help you navigate everything from your first date at Starbucks through a committed partnership.

This audiobook is for you if you want to:

I have personally been searching online for a book that combines both yoga practices dating and love.
love is not as dipicted in movies. Instead, it's realistic and requires a lot of effort to see through other person's communication blocks in order to understand him /her on a deeper level.

it s filled with hidden gems from the upanishads and the one and only Bhagavad Gita. Rachel links days to day life with a nearly 6000 year old fables and stories, using their morals and extracting value

besides you could help but feel compassionate with the author after all shes sharing her lifetime experiences with us... I really felt sorry for her at the end.

The most memorable moments when Jeremy Broke Up with her, saying she's a 'needy'. that was a shocking must-have realization becaise i was not much different than here. needed to spend more time to ponder upon this topic before I could move on..

Another good point is there are meditations' summarized meditations at the end of nearly each chapter, each has it's own value and time in one's life
I prefer I'd do each one every other day.

Trust is a major, recurring theme in this book , as it's a Big Deal breaker in relationships . I kept wondering what has happened with Rachel's ex husband...

I liked Rachel's cheerful voice, couldn't have been better, and it deserves many rewinds to capture the gist of abundant ideas that she left for us.
Many thanks Rachel, I wish you good luck and health in your future endeavors, and Namaskaram!
