I am speechless. Aiden’s book is everything I could have ever wanted and more. We get to see him as more than a father and protector, we also get to meet his beloved Ronan, and even experience the great love that he holds for his sons.
Ronan was just with Aiden needed, he made him laugh, he made him feel alive, they were sexy together, extremely hot and I am simply obsessed with this truly amazing family.
Jocelynn is the queen of series, very few authors can make you call in love with their characters like this.

AMAZING! The narration was superb. I was so so happy with this. I’m just obsessed with these vampires and their mates.

Great Ending

Parts of this book were my least favorite of the series, but the good parts were SO good - great climax!

Aiden

Ending a found-family series with the patriarch’s romance is a structural triumph, resisting the pull toward epiloguing, it carries the weight of series closure. Drake threads it by making Ronan a complicated new figure to this saga, his history as a contracted executioner giving the second-chance romance moral texture that echoes Winter’s arc without repeating it. The overprotective-sons dynamic provides both humor and a credible test of whether Aiden is willing to accept love on terms other than sacrifice. A fitting and emotionally complete conclusion.

Loved that Aiden got his HEA! Ronan was absolutely perfect.
Kale Williams is a talented voice actor, loved his voices for all, though Ronan's was my favourite (deliciously good).
