Loved this story! WHERE is book #2?!

Very well-written. Like all audiobooks, however, it is the narrator who really makes the story come to life. Sofia Engstrand is a top-notch talent! PLEASE have her read all of the subsequent volumes. (I don’t dislike the voice of the woman you have narrating all of your other works, but she doesn’t engage my mind the same way Ms. Engstrand does.) I must listen to my books; I hope book 2 and 3 are being recorded.

For once Christians are not the good guys. And I didn’t have to endure muh diversity. A story about European folk.

Beautiful Story!

I loved, LOVED this book and I can’t wait for book 2. The story follows a young woman who finds her strength amid beauty, pain and love. All characters are so unique and the story winds around each of the characters and builds so beautifully. Viking history is so interesting, this story….chefs kiss.
