2) Do not become too close with them and keep your relationship strictly professional

3) Refrain from disclosing any confidential data to staff members

Drew Hentzel had appeared at her company; he was the perfect candidate for the position, with extensive experience and a glowing endorsement from his former employer. However, there was something she didn't know about Drew, and that was the secrets he had been hiding in his past. These secrets were waiting to be revealed.

It wasn't until several months had passed that Drew's secrets finally came to light one morning. He had a criminal record, one that he had managed to keep hidden from his former employer and Kathleen's background check. But she was going to learn about his past in an unexpected way.
