hero with unusual past but a HEA in his future

Scott tells a fresh story although it's a different point of view and a connection to part one in the past book. her secondary character from part one, the Duke's sister is starred in this one. Scott's characters are well designed even when they aren't the main ones in the story.

Steamy

This was an enjoyable sequel. The characters are three dimensional, and they have real conflicts. The narration was great.

Sexy that's for sure

I don't mind the sex which is abundant in the series and really with this author. I like the tie in to the Sutton's.
I like the performance however, most gentlemen performers have trouble with the female voices and it can be like nails on chalkboard for me.

I loved the romance and appreciated the integrity of the characters. The story is well done.
