Her Father’s Wish

At just 27 years of age, Katie Prescott is a highly talented architect in the firm founded by her father.

A beautiful young woman, her talent for design is nothing short of remarkable. At the same time, Katie is petulant, petty, and extremely contentious with Hayden Mallory, her coworker.

Katie simply finds herself unable to accept that someone outside the family was brought into the firm as her equal. And she appears to do everything she can to undercut Hayden, and to irritate her father by her behavior in the office and among others in the business community.

Finally, the day comes when her wheelchair-bound father, along with her mother, decide that enough is enough. That is when they revealed to the equally astonished Katie and Hayden, that for an undetermined length of time, Katie will be working under Hayden’s direction.

But that is where Katie’s humiliation only begins. Because the elder Prescott’s also decreed that Hayden is to enforce Katie’s good behavior by taking her across his knees as necessary.

For Katie, this is the ultimate humiliation, being subjected to the threat of a spanking by her rival. After all, the only time she had ever been spanked was on the day of her birthday in college when she was given a birthday spanking with a fraternity paddle at the hands of a fellow she had been dating.

Now Katie is given the choice of submitting to Hayden’s mentoring, or being exiled from the firm to establish her own practice.

How can Katie possibly cope with or accept such an unreasonable ultimatum?
