Pete and Repeat were in a boat. Pete fell out. who was left?

I loved the first book. the narrator is still dang good. the story was still a good read, but this and book 2, to add more chapters I guess, we had a lot of new character intros and with every new character or group of characters there was a repeat of the story of how they came to be together or the drake trying to marry her. it honestly got to the point where everytime it repeated that I rolled my eyes like, REALLY?! AGAIN?!

I still listened to the whole trilogy because I was invested in the story. if you can handle the repeats it's still a pretty good story
