According to Edgar Cayce and modern psychology, your subconscious mind is extraordinarily creative and will follow the directions you give it. With the A.R.E. Presleep Series, your conscious mind will work in harmony with your subconscious.

There are no hidden subliminal messages, only a safe and effective method of working with the power of suggestion. This presleep audio will help your child control nighttime releases and build confidence while helping to enhance a restful sleep and relieve the stress associates with bed-wetting.

This was just what we needed for a grade-school-aged child struggling with this issue. Listening to it through his pillow (from a pillow speaker underneath), it also helps bring him calm as he drifts off. Also, as a long time student of the Cayce material, I want to point out, contrary to another individual’s review, this most definitely has much to do with Edgar Cayce! Cayce often recommended “presleep suggestion,” or “suggestive therapeutics,” which can be verified on the A.R.E. website (the organization that grew from the Cayce legacy). For those who might be interested, the narrator is Edgar Cayce’s grandson, who was at the helm of A.R.E. for many years. I’m pretty sure he knows what is in line with his grandfather’s beautiful work. In addition, check out the August 22, 2023 episode of the Cayce podcast “Creating Calm” for more on this topic relevant to children.

Very helpful and healing!
