Loved it !! this story. the narrator is so fantastic it's like your really there!! good overall

great book, horrible narrator

I really enjoyed the book and this series but the narrator absolutely makes my skin crawl with his constant dry mouth sounds. Some people can't stand fingernails on a chalk board but for me it's sloppy kissing sounds. Be warned he needs to drink water. his mouth is constantly sticking together. The noises he makes because of his constant dry mouth, ruined the listening experience. i was hoping his dry mouth and horrible noises were just a fluke but he also narrates the next book in the series and the noises are even worse. I can't believe nobody asked him to drink water before he starts to speak. I have over 800 books in my library and this guy's constant sounds of his lips sticking together is by far the worst I've ever heard. I will never listen to anything read by him again. The sound just makes my skin crawl.

Loved this book. Loved the way they finally came together. On to book 5 pass the time while I drive!

Terrible narrator & graphic sex scenes

Not my kind of story. This story has annal sex in it.
I could go without descriptive detail of that.

Attention: Ms. Preston. Scottish Time Travel stories are one of the most sought after genres. But no one can listen to your stories when you disappointedly choose narrators like Charles Robert Fox and V. Passmore. They’re both horrible at narrating. You should definitely have both your time travel series re-recorded by an outstanding narrator. I ask that you please listen to an audiobook narrated by Tim Campbell in hope that you will see that narrating, if done properly is a performance of an author’s work, it is not a mere God awful reading. Thank you.
