But Duncan harbors his own set of deep and potentially lethal secrets. The situation becomes more complex as Kenina, an Englishwoman on the run, finds herself at the dangerous end of Duncan's weapon, raising the question: who is truly in need of protection?

Clean and wholesome

The virtual voice. It was very flat. There was no inflection in the voice. The story was okay

It was a good story line

This would have been an excellent book with the exception of the virtual voice. I dislike the virtual voice it has no feeling and I pray audible do not continue with this.
