People are miracles…

I have never thought of myself as a miracle. I have worked many jobs in my life and have never been treated as a miracle. This concepts was introduced to me in this book and it makes total sense. Thinking of people and Treating them like a miracle would make anyone want to continue to measure up without additional pay.

This was an easy listen but I learned so much about hiring and getting the right person.

I also like the fact the author was reading it.

If you are a business owner I would highly recommend this book no matter the industry.

The most powerful book on the most important entrepreneur skill

I've studied entrepreneurship and business building, and built several businesses myself over the past 20 years.

The #1 skill set I see in the absolute best entrepreneurs, when you look at Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, really the cream of the crop, the innovators, the absolute best, and guys like Qasim, is the ability to find the right people and motivate them. It's a skill set I didn't know how to do, even though I've hired hundreds of people now. Kasim, in his book, really lays out an easy, manageable, fast way that some of the things I had already discovered and spent decades figuring out, and puts into place a system that's approachable for entrepreneurs like me who really have always hated the hiring process and despised it.
