loved all characters. Then the author surprises us with an unlikely murderer! I've enjoyed the cities offerings of beach mountains and the city. I'd even like to visit!

Would not recommend

I have enjoyed listening to most of Tanya Kappas but this series is a hard no. I don’t know if I am supposed to think every character is drunk or just slow. Since this is a character we’ve heard of before in the camper series, it was difficult to hear her “voice” and to take her seriously. The production was also bad with many instances of repeats with just a tiny inflection difference. Sounded more like a pre-production copy than ready to be distributed. I don’t even know what the story was about with the difficulty of the performance. Sorry, it’s my opinion to take or leave.

repeating lines constantly

story line was great in first book but editing of the audio was lacking. The editor included teo takes of the same line msny times. Very annoying.

There are some places where the text repeats, as if the storyteller is rereading text. Recording needs to be edited.

I enjoy Tonya Kappes’s books and have read the cozy camper series. Thanks for letting me share.

A cozy mystery of a girl growing up

This book is great to have in the background. However I would have preferred to see more growth in the space of the main character. She was so young and green it was hard to listen as she blundered through things with her ego piloting her choices. I think she has potential and I’d like to see more from her however. :)
