Honeysuckle and Bone is a deliciously atmospheric and utterly spooky young adult novel following an imperfect yet courageous teen as she seeks to remake herself in the homeland she always idealized, discovering that new beginnings don’t always come easy.

It's not engaging. Kinda boring

I saw the author on tv. I think on Jennifer Hudson show. The book sounded good. But the narrator is boring as there is no music or sound effects to really tell the story. I regret using my only credit on this

Almost lost me with the accent and audio..

I enjoyed the build up of the story. I was captivated by each character. I was shocked at the end and did not suspect who turned out to be the villain. The audio almost made me not listen to this book but the speaker voice eventually grew on me or maybe it was because I was invested in the story.

Good coming of age horror

Nice story mixed with authentic pieces of Jamaican culture. The accents are horrible. Wish there story was read by a real Jamaican/Jamaicans

The twist at the end

Overall, I enjoyed the story. Somewhere in the middle I lost interest. After which, the story regained its momentum. Very interesting tale with unexpected twists and turns.

Intriguing

I love straight line this twist and turns, little romance scary.but not gory. It kept my interest.
