I enjoyed this listen. I’m a member of a Hotworx studio and appreciated the in depth explanation of what goes in to each workout type. Found it interesting. The female reader did a good job of voice, inflection, tone. Listened less for the history and the author’s personal story and more for the rationale behind Hotworx and for its benefits.

Amazing work out best in the world today. Patented equipment is why!!!! You burn more calories in 15 minutes then you do in one hour on a treadmill.

The narrator was a woman a lot of times the book, spoke in first person, and it’s a woman’s voice. They repeated a lot it was repetitive, and a female voice just ruined it for me.
