Forced by their very young ages and family expectations, they place their child up for adoption and separate—each living their lives apart for 53 years. But a corner of Dennis' heart still belonged to Karen. Despite the many passing years, he searches for and finds his lost love, and later, together they find their daughter.

Love is not what you say; love is what you feel. This love story would not have taken place without what happened to Dennis on October 25, 2014. Miracles do happen, and this is an example of divine intervention.

What A Story

I absolutely loved this book. What a story and life! Dennis and Karen's love story is amazing and a Rollercoaster. Thank goodness for his consistency. The third time really is a charm! ❤️❤️

Wonderful story of love

This is the memoir of a couple who gives a daughter up for adoption and their search for each other and their daughter after 50+ years. This story is sweet, sensitive and completely uplifting.

Great love story

We have 2 adopted children, one who knew her parents, one has not, but would like to. I also have a friend with a story much like yours. I loved listening to your story.

I admire the willingness to share this story but…

The writing and narration make this really tough to listen to- couldn’t finish it. The dialogue, especially, was stilted and cliched.
