Shiny and Sweet Romance

The characters in this story were masterful. Kiki was the perfect blend of flawed humanity and likable. Josh was everything you could want in a hero, strong and kind. You couldn’t help but be drawn in by their story and want to cheer them along.
This is a highly entertaining and sweet story that will keep you glued until the end!

Super cute

How a Star Shines is a super cute YA book with interesting characters that are easy to pull for (or not). The storyline has a nice pace and is fun. The narrator did a nice job with her performance.

Less vocal fry

I loved the book! The story was great! But the narrator was way too valley girl and used too much vocal fry for my taste.

I really enjoyed listening to How a Star Shines. I loved the humor in this cute, well written story. I want to listen to the next books in this series. I thought the narrator was a great fit for the story. Recommended!
