Is it possible to teach the brain to be less racist?

The origins of racism are remote and its shadow is long. Although the concept as we understand it today is recent and is related to the Holocaust, its expression, understood as the ability to discriminate and categorize other human beings, goes back to the origin of Humanity.
It doesn't matter how long or what happens: we can't get rid of racial prejudice. Our mentality must start the process of change now, unfortunately to change something we must have the will and know exactly the concept, avoiding the unfortunate situations that are happening today.

I found it a worthwhile. Listen, there were a lot of good things, but I heard the same sentences chapter after chapter. I thought I had rewound the book to the previous chapter, but no, when I fast forwarded to the next chapter the same content. In the chapter after that. Very frustrating.
