practical and effective

Very effective guidance is given here. What I found incredibly helpful were the sections on behavioral questions. This guide provides examples of strong answers and explains the reasoning behind them, which is a goldmine for understanding what interviewers are really looking for. Plus, the tips on body language and follow-up emails were eye-opening. It's packed with practical advice that we can immediately put to use, making us feel way more prepared and confident for our next interview.

Great for Interview or Review Preparation

This book provides a straightforward approach to interviewing including a couple of things I had not considered. Clear and easy to understand, actionable information gives a sound base when preparing for both interviews and annual reviews. As someone who has difficulty promoting themselves in the annual review process, the section on creating a brand for yourself was especially helpful.

I enjoyed the questions and prompts, especially around those difficult questions that always come up. The practical advice on how to respond effectively increased my confidence in being able to present myself in the best light. The provision of pdfs of the worksheets from the physical book was a nice touch.

A great resource, especially for those new two, or returning to the workforce.

VERY comprehensive

This is the most comprehensive book I've seen on interviewing. It leaves no question unanswered, right down to where to point your chin and elbows! I feel so much more confident going into my interview now after practicing all of the practical tips in this book. Well done!

Nicely formatted with many resources

Building a path to branding yourself is the key to the successful Job Interview, I agree. This book is formatted nicely with examples and forms to practice. Many questions and answers section is brilliant idea to build the mindset and actually filling the contents of stories, and values. It also includes how to communicate in verbally and in presentation. So this book has all the essential keys for job interview, and I will like to recommend to anyone. We all know how important this is for career development.
