the material is very dated.

The book is so basic it's nothing one can't find with a quick Google search. The material is extremely dated and almost irrelevant.

Not worth buying

I was looking for a book to become the best leader that I can. This book was not helpful. It broke down the different types of leaders into 2 categories and did not offer anything helpful.

I found the book extremely short with little information usefull to me
there are really only a few points and would consider this a pamphlet not a book
