This information in this book is engaging, well written, and packed with negotiating tips on how to buy a house. The homework at the end of each chapter prepares you to reach your goal of home ownership. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to buy a home.

Looking to buy a house?

Then you probably need this audio book in your life, right now! There are seemingly a lot of real estate "home buyer guides" out there...but I find, by and large - most of them kind of gloss over the essential stuff and just say "hire a real-estate agent", which makes sense as most of those guides are essentially just advertisements for the author's (real estate agent) business. But in this presentation I felt that Ms. Aileen really cares about us the listeners and really wants us to get a great deal, get great rates and she takes the time to educate us on some of the trickier elements to look out for when buying a home. "How to Buy a House" is a fantastic listen for the first time home buyer and I'm glad I picked it up. I am going to recommend it to all my family and friends and I suspect that once you listen you will do the same! A+ Highly recommended.

Thorough and engaging!

This is like a real estate course for buyers, told in an “I’m-in-this-with-you” way by a 20-year real estate pro. I loved the narration, too; I could listen to her all day. This isn’t my first time up to bat, but I now know everything I need to buy a house, and will go in so much better prepared next time around. Great audiobook!

This audiobook dives deep into all the moving parts in buying a house. It is well put together and very easy to follow. This book will give you all the knowledge that you need to go buy a house and the best ways to go about it.
