The best-selling classic that made Systems Over Goals, Talent Stacking, and Passion Is Overrated universal success advice has been reborn.

Once in a generation, a book revolutionizes its category and becomes the preeminent reference that all subsequent books on the topic must pay homage to, in name or in spirit.

How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big by Scott Adams, creator of Dilbert, is such a book for the field of personal success.

A contrarian pundit and persuasion expert in a class of his own, Adams has reached hundreds of millions directly and indirectly through the 2013 first edition’s straightforward yet counterintuitive advice—to invite failure in, embrace it, then pick its pocket.

The second edition of How to Fail is a tighter, updated version, by popular demand. Yet new and returning listeners alike will find the same candor, humor, and timeless wisdom on productivity, career growth, health and fitness, and entrepreneurial success as the original classic.

How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big: Second Edition is essential for anyone who wants to find a unique path to personal victory—and make luck find you in whatever you do.

I found this book to be fantastic. I am surprisingly amazed at how good this book is for those that desire success and abhor mediocrity. A lot of what he discusses lines up with my own success and I have learned even more that I need to implement.

Failure is key to success

I really appreciate a dose of humor when self help is being served. How to Fail hit all the right notes of humor, wisdom, common sense, and vulnerability. The reader was very enjoyable, but my one wish is that Scott had read it in his own voice. If you have uncertainty that you can achieve anything you want, Scott's story of building systems for success, as a result of "failure" will inspire you.

Excellent story. Excellent life advice. Good mix of conventional wisdom with some creative, unique non conventional thinking.

Practical, true, unique life advice.

Nothing in here is groundbreaking (probably because a lot of his advice has been copied by now) but I’ve never heard it all explained so simply and convincingly. This book is a fun ride and will make you more optimistic. RIP Scott.
