Great fundamentals for new investors.

Brant lays forward a very simple and actionable plan to become a profitable real estate investor.

My only qualm with the audible book, was the narrarator. I know that Brant is in to outsourcing, but this would have been better delivered from himself.

I fully intend to continue to educate myself on real estate investing before diving in.
