Listening to this audiobook was like having a personal coach guiding me through my own daily struggles. The book gives some really great strategies like time blocking and different discipline tips. I appreciated how the author combined science-backed techniques with relatable examples, which made it easier to envision myself following through. There were even some short breathing exercises that I actually tried and liked.
