Definitely worth the read/listen! So many great tips and ideas, you will need a notebook to take all the great notes!

Listening gave me hope an inspiration. That I too can get further in life by practicing these simple methods even though I’m out of my comfort zone and detached from my family and friends. Building new positive relationships and habits in a new job in a different state is now more clear and manageable.
