Disappointing

As much as I tried to enjoy this book it was simply to difficult to get through. With Ruby Alexander’s narration, the distinction between the female was not there. They all sounded too familiar. Lacking distinctive voices also made it difficult to follow along with the story. I could not make it through.

It’s not bad, but also not great.

The revenge plot was pretty good but the storyline/tension between Bella and Chance was lacking; it felt more like a hook-up than an emotional connection.

The narrator was great, but there were a few spots where the editors didn’t cut out her slips or tongue twisters.
