it is fill with easy simple excersise and task to do. it is simple to follow along and a book to read and reread and take the tips. it is full of useful simple tips that sometimes I forget to continue putting in action. this reminds me a lot of those tips and encourages me to keep on this self love journey

I really enjoyed this book. As someone who left a toxic relationship years ago, I wish they had more books like this when I had to start over. This is full of empowering tips to building confidence and falling in love with ones self. This audiobook is excellent, I love how it approaches and points out several factors that can impact our confidence and self-esteem. I like how it emphasizes trauma bonding and healing, and also how people and relationships around us can affect our well-being. It also enforces the importance of mental health and building confidence, such as its impact on our physical health. This book is great and I would reccomend to all my friends and family.
