Really appreciated this one. I'm reading a lot of books and articles from hospital beds lately and this felt clear, practical and hopeful. It breaks down the nuts and bolts of starting and running a sober home without sounding like a dry business manual. Loved the focus on intake questions, house rules and morale, not just money. As a musician, I kept thinking how many lives and families could be tuned back up with tools like these. Got some cool ideas... not sure I will do the exact thing for my needs... but the business aspects are spot on!
