How to Pray is a powerful treatise on prayer first published in 1900. The author, Reuben Archer Torrey (1856 - 1928), was an educator and evangelist who wrote more than 40 books. I appreciate a book that is not unnecessarily wordy. He sticks to the point and is very powerful and accurate in what he communicates. I highly recommend this book!
