I was curious about this one, and it turned out to be an interesting listen. It breaks down body language and behavioral cues in a way that’s easy to understand, especially for everyday situations. I liked that it focuses on patterns instead of just one “tell,” which made it feel more realistic. It definitely made me pay more attention to tone, pauses, and small changes in behavior during conversations. Not everything is foolproof, but it’s a good introduction if you want to be more observant and thoughtful when judging honesty. The narration kept it engaging too.

This book touches on one of my biggest pet peeves - being lied to. I like how the author provides examples of lies and manipulation techniques, and provides ways of dealing with such cases. It is not always easy to tell for sure whether you're being lied to, but this book highlights all the signs you should be observing.

It's a short listen, but well curated. I enjoyed it.

This is a very informative, but short listen. He gives the audience some good information. I haven't had a chance to test any of it out yet to see if it is valid information. But he presents what appear to be valid sources for the information he gives the listener. He covers how to tell if someone is lying based on their body language, and what they say. And divides it between whether or not the person is a stranger or someone you know. He also tells you how once you have spotted the liar, and called them on it, how to get to the truth. If the information he presents is true, this is a very good, quick tool for people that are learning how to tell if someone is lying. Also, it would be helpful for anyone that just wants to learn some good communication skills.
