This is probably the most eye-opening, gut-punching, and hopefully transformative, book I have ever read/listened to. This isn’t a fun or easy read. It is purpose built to rip off your blindfold, force you to confront your toxic behavior, and instigate/motivate you to make positive changes in your life. I have searched unsuccessfully for years to better understand myself and my struggles, and I was on the verge of throwing in the towel. It was the perfect book at the perfect time.

Gut wrenchingly enlightening

It is compassionate in its approach. You feel safe and not attacked. Only read the first 2 chapters and already feel hope.
