It's good but not great.

It's a short book but has more to offer than some long ones. I can sense that the auther is sincere and explains that not all players (cheaters) will always be a player. I think you might learn a thing or two from it. My only issue is that as a man I know that it comes down to her looks. If she is only attractive enough to fool around with then no mental gymnastics is going to make me stay...men are visual creatures but for women who are confident in their looks and just need techniques this can probably help.
