You’ll get a few minutes on small claims court and a glossary of legal terms. Nothing on how to win. What a joke!

Meh

Overall, not a lot of information, especially regarding in-trial material. Was really hoping for more discussion on how to raise or counter objections, and other legal tactics while in court. Advice on how to present evidence would be great as well.

Terrible book.

You would think this was a research project written by a high school student. This contains basic common knowledge that a quick google search can provide. Nothing of value in this book.
