In a word? Garbage

It's difficult to imagine a more misguided collection of thoughts and ideas. I pity the author.

I don't regret my purchase mind you, I have hope they'll get their act together someday and in the mean time, they gotta have some way to get some food in em.

To be generous, a positive idea shared in the book is something like resilience if even it's a more fake it till you make it approach.

While I hope the author makes it, it's unlikely to be in a career as a writer.
