lot of intense sections

the ending was terrible. It leaves the story hanging
I woud expect the storyline to be continued in the next book but there isn't a sequel and since it was published so long ago, I assume there won't be one

What do you MEAN there's no 3rd book!?!?

Theres so many cliffhangers and clearly another book was meant to be written. For whatever reason there's not one and im heartbroken. This was genuinely an interesting premise and now I'll never know how it ends...
