The fate of two kingdoms rests on Samantha’s shoulders, but she doesn’t know who to trust: the ruthless fae queen who knows her hidden destiny or the murderous god for whom she’s falling.

I thought I’d escaped the Dark Wolf God, but now, my sworn enemy might be my only hope. His brother is toying with my freedom, and the queen of the fae has put me in checkmate. To save the people I care about most, I must infiltrate her court and beat her deadly trials. There’s no one I can turn to except the Dark God. He’s vowed to be my protector and help me master the secrets of my magic, but how far can I trust him or my heart? Will the bond between us be enough, or will his darkness consume us both?

Hunter’s Kiss is part two of a dual-POV slow-burn enemies-to-lovers romance with a happily ever after (HEA) in book three. Along the way, you can expect high-stakes action, shifting alliances, and steamy romance set in a fantasy world. If you love alpha heroes with dark souls, tortured pasts, and an obsession with the woman who could bring them to their knees, this romantasy is for you!

This spin off series totally changed the FMC to someone that makes zero sense. The Samantha we learned about in the previous series is a completely different person. THAT Samantha was sharp, logical, compassionate and understood that leaders made hard choices. This Samantha seems to lack common sense or compassion. Or maybe it's that she doesn't listen to her intuition or talk to her wolf? She's also far from stubborn, and it's irritating. I just feel like I like the wolf god more than the main character that I'm supposed to be rooting for.
