From the bestselling author of Suffocated and Insomnia. Seventeen-year-old Teagan thought her life was perfectly ordinary, raised in a quiet town by her devoted mother, Tessa. But when an unexpected message arrives from a stranger claiming to know the truth about her father’s death, Teagan’s world is shaken. The message warns that she’s in danger and begs for her trust—leaving Teagan desperate for answers about her past.

As she digs deeper, Teagan unearths secrets that shatter her picture-perfect reality. Hidden family lies, buried betrayals, and the chilling lengths someone went to keep her in the dark begin to surface. Now, she must decide who to trust—before the truth tears her world apart. But the truth, once revealed, can never be buried again.

Perfect for fans of Freida McFadden and Lisa Jewell, HUSH LITTLE BABY delves into the dark corners of family dynamics and the lengths one will go to uncover the truth.

Narrator is coughing, restarting lines, clearing her throat throughout the book. It is very distracting and takes away from the enjoyment of hearing the book.

First time reading a book by this author. The book was not what I expected unfortunately. It was supsenful at times but it didn't stick. Seemed a little drawn out. I did like the idea that the story was told from the vision of two characters. The main character did become annoy which took from the story. The last few chapters did become eventful. The story is full of potential but it just didn't hit for me.

(I received an audible ARC and had to turn it off and just read the book. Audible had lots of flaws which ruined the listening pleasure for me.)

Great twist
