Excellent quick reference with practical info

Loved it and was excited to quickly apply the lessons I learned. Great voice too ;)

Too soon to tell

I just got through listening to the audio book and quite frankly haven't put any to practice for a better proof of its effectiveness. However, the message resonates with me on a very high note. I am looking forward to listening to the entire book soon.
