I've followed her on Instagram for at least 2 years so knew the events of her life, but to hear her speak her written story describing how she found her voice to heal herself from devastating loss and grief is so inspiring! Uplifting

This book was powerful and uplifting. It is filled with affirmations and practical ways to nurture your inner voice, deal with grief and show love to yourself and others. Ashley was raw and vulnerable, she uses her voice to encourage others to use theirs. I just finished it and already want to read it again! I also highly recommend Ashley’s first book, Born to Shine!
