Great start to a great series.

I first found this after watching the anime. Why is it that the anime cuts out so much good stuff from the LN? Oh well. This is a great series with a very relatable MC. One problem is the narrator sounds too old for a teenage MC. I can’t wait for the next one

good story annoying mc

It's a good view of just how insidious trauma can be but when the Mc refuses to do anything to fix his mentality and forgets he's got resources, it's more than a little infuriating. The narrator is pretty good but he needs a co-narrator to hand female voices. But still worth a listen.

Great Addition

Enjoyed hearing the full story after watching the anime. The growth of the character speaks to me as he battles through all his insecurities.

Can’t Wait for More

I started watching the anime when it first came out. It’s a super fun story. Waiting for book 2 and I think the second season comes out next year.

the most interesting isekai since Inu-Yasha

I like that the character is the most Empathetic( Empathy) Protagonist That has a Lot of work to see his own worth, Despite the fact that his family is total crap By their own actions He is A genuine good guy. The night he gets his powers From the other world gate and the sage He has the strength of character and mind to not overwhelm him and change his character. The world building is good The power scaling is also good you know the world system for powering, There's also a chance for him to have a big genuine family at the end of the story let's just hope that he sees it And takes it.
