Yes...very calming and thoughtful meditations. Simple yet profound.

No characters...non-fiction. Reader did a good job..slight English accent was nice.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Nope...did make make slow down and think, though.

Any additional comments?

I hesitated to get this because it's so short. Worth it, though. I listened to one section at a time, then took time to think and reflect before going on to the next. Made me pause and reflect on what is really important in life. Good stuff.
