The Most Relatable book on fear!

I've struggled with fear in different forms most of my life and this book really put it in perspective for me in a way that I've never heard before! There were so many times listening to this book that I shook my head yessss because it just hit my spirit as confirmation. There were chapters that I listened to probably three times and I will definitely listen to this book again. Great book!
