Iberia Calling: A Stephen Masters Adventure

Stephen Masters and his team are called upon by their "bosses" in the ultra secret Council organization headquartered in Washington, D.C. to help the Portuguese government stop a sinister plot to keep the country from signing an agreement to join the European Central Banking Community. This signing is a prelude to full membership in the European Economic Community now known as The European Union. Portugal is only a few years away from its past rule by a Dictator and just gaining poise as a democracy and need the help of Masters and his Team from the Council. A coalition of former Nazis, descendants of Templar's and powerful industrialist have joined forces to stop the progress of the country and hope to return it to the past where they benefited from graft, greed and corruption. In an action packed thriller which takes the Masters Team north from Lisbon to the Douro Valley port wine district, south to the pictures-seaside cities and back to Lisbon. All the time encountering terrorist attacks, assassination plots and direct assaults on Stephen Masters and his Team. The scenes move from the underground Templar caves and tunnels, to ancient castles, and the historic vineyards and rivers of the wine country. It is up to masters to figure out how to stop this dangerous and evil plot.
