Loved this so much

I had no idea what to expect as this was the first book I have read by K. Ancrum. I was shocked, and felt like I opened the door to an entire new literary direction with this book.

A Beautiful Take on a Greek Myth

This was such a beautiful and heartbreaking story, a different way to look at the story of Icarus.

Beautiful and kind

I loved this book. It was hard at times, but absolutely beautiful. Made me feel, bad, but also good.

Wow. Just wow.

This book had me in a chokehold that was deliciously painful. Emotionally intense and gripping. My inner child was a little overwhelmed in the best way. This is my first book by K.Ancrum but surely not my last. These characters were vivid and bright. A story, a set of characters that will stay burned in my memory. Icarus really squeezed my heart, sped it up, and kept it racing until the end.
Thank you to the author for the ending and the author's note as well.
This is probably my favorite narration by Kirt Graves so far, but he is always wonderful!
