Just what I needed when I didn’t know I needed it

I didn’t know what to expect with this, but when I started to listen, and it certainly did not disappoint.

It was a great story, and the narrator really delivered, and made the characters come to life

If you need a book to pick you up, this is a definite keeper

Wholesome sweet listen

I laughed with characters, I cried with them. Quick, enjoyable listen. Narrator’s acting is great and adds to the characters. Shout out to Foster.

Much like the protagonist, the author takes tropes and subverts expectations in a way that leads to satisfying resolutions.

Biggest downside is I had to stop to go listen to ABBA multiple times :/

Cute story

It's a cute story that pays homage to the classic romcom. The narration is amazing and really makes it a worthwhile listen. I enjoyed the story but it does try to take on a bigger bite of complexity than it probably should have. Overall, recommend and a worthwhile listen.

If you change your mind

The author loves his rom coms and you can tell. This is a cute story. Easy and fast. The narrator did well however there were times when his voice would change at the start of chapters.

Meh

The book is cute, but lacks a cohesive plot. The dialogue between character and screenplay can get confusing at times. I found it hard to finish, but the voice actor did a great job! Great book to just have playing in the background.
