The story dragged on a bit.

Good story but the sex club storyline did not fit the MFC’s role. Too much too fast and it didn’t explain her sudden fascination with sex.

The determination

The assumed naivete is incrementally frustrating I understand but my goodness I don't understand it's almost forced naivete basically ignorance. that's what I did not like about the book not what I did like is the determination of the MMC of the book OMG he was on point on time and like way better than any fuckboy of his caliber but overall the book was good the series was awesome I cannot wait until the rest come if there is more to come I'm down for it 100%

Dark Mafia Romance

Illicit Monster by Maggie Cole is a dark mafia romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Aaron Shedlock and Felicity Cole. This is the fourth book in the Mafia Wars Ireland series.

I really enjoyed the relationship that bloomed between Tynan and Maeve. I loved the push and pull between them. I liked that we got both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

Aaron and Felicity did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you're looking for a dark romance, mafia romance, enemies to lovers romance, age gap romance, or arranged marriage romance.

Entertaining!

This is the fourth book in the Mafia Wars Ireland Series, a dark mafia romance. I loved Tynan and Maeve's enemies to lovers romance. Maeve is a beautiful character, smart, and strong. Tynan is enigmatic, and protective. The story is entertaining, filled with suspense, and twists and turns. Aaron Shedlock and Felicity Cole did an excellent job bringing these characters, and this story to life.

Sheer Perfection- Pleasurable, Fun, Flirty,

These narrators captured the essence of these amazing characters in every sense of the word! Tynan and Maeve’s story is filled with hilarious banter and it is captured perfectly by Aaron Shedlock & Felicity Foster.

Tynan will do anything for Maeve but he doesn't want her to know how much she means to him just yet, so he provides just enough to keep her happy but he's not sure how to love but she's making him thoroughly enjoy making her his wife! Aaron captures the essence of Tynan and his strong sense of protection, passion, and desire for his new bride. Tynan is an easy character to love and he's hilarious. His sense of humor and pride for his family comes through perfectly in this audio book.

Felicity captures everything that makes Maeve such an amazing woman. She is smart, headstrong, and loyal to those around her. She may have never chosen Tynan but she's slowly seeing that she can't live without him. There is so much chemistry between them that it jumps off the page and this duel narration is no different. You will thoroughly enjoy their story and this is a perfect ending to a phenomenal series! Happy Listening!!
