Enjoyed the questions

Very thought provoking and wise. I am going to get a blank notebook and re-listen to this audible again. I think I will learn a lot about myself and ways to become a better version of myself if I meditate on each lesson. This time I will listen to one lesson a day and journal in a notebook as I go through the book a second time. Still growing at 54.
