Finding Your Identity as a Christian Woman

I'm sure l'm not alone in thinking I have spent way too much time wondering about my place in this world. I have carried the weight of many titles throughout my life, but none as significant as Christian Woman. In a world continuing to change the expectation's of what a woman could or should be, I found myself perpetually stuck inside the many bright pink Barbie Boxes I placed myself in at every stage of my life. Was I to be the "Original Perfect Barbie?" "Career Barbie" in my high heel shoes and briefcase accessories? Was I destined to be "Skipper..." forever held back by my youth and inexperience?

With the now seemingly endless choices of Barbie, why couldn't I simply choose one and feel complete, from shiny hair to shoe choice? Finding my identity outside the bright pink boxes has been a lifelong journey for me. My true identity was only revealed to me through my closer walk with Christ. My identity in Him is Perfect!
